The short version

I spent 30 years in international marketing leadership. Not managing it from headquarters – actually doing it. Building teams in new markets. Launching brands where nobody knew who we were.

At Huawei, I was Chief Brand Officer for the Consumer Business across 170+ countries. We took market share from Apple and Samsung. At DiDi, I launched three new markets and hit 30% market share in 30 days. At OLX Autos, I cut costs by 30% while increasing ROI by 20%.

Now I do two things. I help companies fix international marketing when it’s stalled or broken. And I coach marketing leaders through the career transitions that overwhelm most people.
